So, you're a member of the press and you heard about this event and you're thinking you can get a story, some interviews and pictures about these crazy people out in the desert.

We have no problem with this, as long as you buy a ticket, tag your camera, and get proper releases from those that you interview. In other words, as long as you are participating in the event, we're cool with you being there.

However, we will not tolerate 'embedded' reporters sneaking interviews with unsuspecting event goers without their knowledge.

Also, keep in mind, that ALL images taken BY ANYBODY of or at Dark Skies are the exclusive property of VegasArtists.com LLC and may not be used in any commercial application without our written permission.

This is a commercial event in regards to your behavior as a working reporter or photographer. Please respect that and we won't have any problems.

Fail to respect that, and after we dunk your head in the barrel of suds and spank you, we will then send you naked off into the desert to find your own way back to civilization.
